Electronic waste

Towards zero electronic waste (e-waste) Singapore

Singaporeans generate an astonishing figure of 60,000 tonnes of e-waste annually and only one of out ten young Singaporeans recycle e-waste. We can definitely do much more in recycling and here at Sin Hong Poh Metal Trading, we are glad to provide the public the service to do so!

E-waste like air conditioners, washing machines and fridges are some of the most common household appliances in the country that can be broken down into smaller parts for recycling.
Dispose E-waste

If you have e-waste to dipose , we can take them away at a small fee (Subject to complexity of the disposal process). Please note that we can only take for recycling a large e-waste that’s disconnected and (if it’s a built-in model) is unfixed from your units.

Over at our facility, we will separate the e-waste into recyclable materials and redirect them to the nearest facility. Recycling with us is even greener because we collect applicances and other materials in large quantities and then distribute everything in a streamlined process. That means more e-waste recycled with less energy spent getting it done.

Some examples of the types of e waste that we take in are:

  1. Air Conditioners ( Air – Con)
  2. Washing machine
  3. Refrigerator
